Tradewind recruitment are looking for a fantastic Year 2 teacher to join a super 'one-form' entry school in Trafford. This Year 2 teacher role commences October 2020 and runs until the end of the academic year. Upon successful appointment, you will benefit from a competitive salary based on your experience.

The school is in a beautiful leafy suburb of Trafford and provides staff parking. Whilst at the school, you will be welcomed into the team and encouraged to use your knowledge, experience and skills to contribute to the school community.

As a Year 2 teacher, you will work alongside a driven team to support pupils in achieving full academic, social and personal potential. You will also be expected to:
*Plan and Teaching a balanced and diverse curriculum, preparing pupils for Year 2 SATS
*Assessing, tracking, and reporting on the pupil's development, attainment and personal needs
*Make effective use of ICT in the classroom
*Build pupil's love for learning through inspiring learning experiences
*Develop a classroom environment centred on mutual respect
*Provide a caring and supportive learning environment

We are looking for applicants who:
*Have Qualified Teacher Status with at least 1-year experience in a KS1 setting
*Is committed to providing creative and inspiring learning experiences
*Has excellent communication skills, use of initiative and organisational skills
*Have a good grasp of ICT
*Has an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*Has the right to work in the U.K
