Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a Year 5 Teacher to join this consistently 'Good' (with outstanding features) Primary school based in Brent. This position is to start in March to cover a maternity leave. This is a full-time role and the salary will be Inner London scale £29664 - £40372.
This is a 2-form entry primary school with a supportive SLT and a happy workforce. Children here are engaged and eager to learn, and staff work hard as a team to ensure every pupil reaches their full potential.
We are looking for a Year 5 teacher that can:
-Deliver consistently 'good' or better lessons
-Engage and inspire their students
-Commit to the full time role including marking, planning assessment
-Work and teach with energy and passion
-Plan and deliver lessons to include children with special needs and high levels of EAL in their classes
-Have high expectations both behaviour and achievement for all pupils
-Work well within a team of teachers, sharing planning and best practice with colleagues
This is a role to work as a Year 5 Teacher for a full-time contract from March at a school rated 'Good' by OFSTED.
The school is a based in Neasden, Brent and has a small car park. There are a number of buses that stop within a short walking distance of the school and it takes around 11 minutes to work from the nearest station (Jubilee line).

-Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
-Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered if you have a comparable qualification with a UK teaching qualification and you can comply with the other points
-This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
-Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
-You must have the legal right to work in the UK
