This long-term Year 1 teaching role, has potential to go permanent later on in the year and current pay rates are from £150 -£180 depending on experience.

This large, four-form entry school is across two sites and serves the local community. This is a happy school where staff have the highest expectations and aspirations for their children.

-An experienced Year 1 teacher to plan; teach and deliver engaging lessons that challenge the children.

-A teacher who is committed to raising standards and achievement in the whole school

The school is based in the Borough of Tower Hamlets and is well served by the DLR and in easy distance of Central London. There is some parking for staff. Accommodation is more affordable than other parts of London.

To join us and be successful in securing a permanent teaching position at this Tower Hamlets school you will need to:
-Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
-Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered if you have a comparable qualification with a UK teaching qualification and you can comply with the other points
-This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
-Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
-You must have the legal right to work in the UK
