Tradewind seeks to appoint an outstanding Primary Teacher for an enticing opportunity at a respected primary school located in Salford.

Representing our client school, Tradewind is pleased to offer you an exceptional chance to play a pivotal role in advancing and achieving the goals of Key Stage 2 pupils in Salford. This full-time teaching position will commence post the Easter holidays.

The competitive pay rate for this position ranges between £150 and £210 per day, depending on experience. The role is required for the remainder of the academic year.

Key Stage 2 Teacher:

The successful candidate will be accountable for the progress and achievement of a high-achieving Key Stage 2 class. Responsibilities include:

• Developing engaging lessons aligned with National Curriculum standards and supporting the school's creative curriculum.
• Understanding age-related expectations for KS2 children and tailoring instruction accordingly to optimise educational outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate records of student data, analysing areas for re-teaching to address learning gaps, and sustaining high levels of achievement.
• Establishing positive relationships with students based on trust and mutual respect.
• Collaborating effectively with Teaching Assistants and fellow staff to share advice, resources, and best practices.

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Excellent references demonstrating previous KS2 experience.
• A comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of employment history with any gaps explained.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
