Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a Ofsted rated "Good" school in Tower Hamlets, inner London, to find an inspirational and passionate Early Years' teacher to undertake a full-time role in September 2020.

***Inner London MPS salary available - £30,480-£41,483, dependent upon experience***

The school are looking for a committed and experienced Nursery or Reception teacher who has solid experience delivering the Early Years' Foundation Stage Curriculum as well as excellent references to support their application.

This small, one-form entry school is heavily oversubscribed with a reputation for being a friendly and supportive environment for staff and children. The school aims to provide a rich and fulfilling experience for the children starting in the Early Years up to Year 6. They use a creative curriculum which allows every child with the support of the teacher and teaching assistant, to learn at their own pace. The school achieves good results and although there is an emphasis on academic achievement, the development of the whole child starting in the Early Years, is of paramount importance. The Nursery and Reception classes have their own designated play area to include astroturf and fun climbing frame.

For this Nursery or Reception role, the school are seeking teachers who:
* Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the Early Years' Foundation Stage Curriculum
* Are passionate about Early Years' education
* Are kind, flexible and have heaps of patience
* Demonstrates a variety of teaching and learning strategies which they use effectively
* Is able to work effectively as part of a team
* Has good Spoken and Written English
* A team player who is willing to contribute to the broader life of the school.
