Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a "Good", two-form entry Primary School in Hackney, to secure a motivated and self-driven Reception teacher for an immediate start.
This full-time long-term supply role is offering pay rates of between £140 -£170, depending on experience.

This two-form entry Primary School is part of a three-form academy with a great reputation in the borough for its high level of education it provides local children; support for their staff including career progression and great resources. This is a progressive school which follows a creative curriculum, which is child focused. Children are encouraged to take responsibility for their learning and are encouraged by a team of highly experienced and skilled teachers; senior leadership and committed parents.

We are looking for a Reception teacher that can:
-Motivate children and imaginatively use resources to help them learn.
-Provide a safe and secure environment for them to develop their social and communication skills, while recording observations and summarising their achievements.
-Encourage each child to be positive and self-motivated, taking responsibility for their own actions.
-Focus on the development of the child to prepare them for a successful transition to primary school.

The school is a based in Hackney, accessible from the over ground train or Old Street Station tube station. Voted "Best Place to live in London" in 2017, Hackney is surrounded by large green expanses including Victoria Park; London Fields and Hackney Downs. Its gentrification has made it an affordable area to live with various food markets; great pubs and independent shops.

Job Requirements:
*Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
*Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered if you have a comparable qualification with a UK teaching qualification and you can comply with the other points
*This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
*You must have the legal right to work in the UK
*Experience of teaching Nursery or Reception
