Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a creative and enthusiastic Reception Teaching Assistant to join their school. The school are looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible and commit to the role for the whole academic year. The role is full time, 5 days a week. Your daily rate of pay will be £80.00 per day.

The school is a three-form entry school in Brent who have recently been graded Outstanding by OFSTED. They offer professional development and training to all staff and teacher training programmes for staff who want to become qualified teachers. Pupils enjoy attending school and staff make the school a happy and welcoming environment to be part of.


The Headteacher is looking for a Reception TA with the following attributes:
*Previous experience supporting pupils in Early Years/ Key Stage One
*Creative and engaging practitioner
*Experience supporting pupils with Speech and Language difficulties
*A Teaching Assistant who is looking to commit to a role until July 2019


This role will require you to support a pupil in Reception who has speech and language difficulties. You will be required to assist the child during all lessons and differentiate class work to ensure the child is receiving full access to the curriculum. You will be a creative practitioner who can make all lessons and activities fun and academically stimulating. Excellent knowledge of the UK Curriculum is required for this role to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to support the pupils effectively and assist with raising attainment.

The school is very easily accessible via the Jubilee Line. Parking is available for staff who wish to drive.
