QTS achieved or expected to be achieved prior to September in Secondary Science Teaching
Understanding of KS3 and GCSE teaching
A clear expectation in behaviour and high attainment
The Science Teacher NQT will be highly motivated, ambitious and dynamic, as well as showing commitment to thorough lesson planning, enthusiastic delivery of their lessons and careful assessment of their students learning.
The NQT will be actively supported through their professional development through high-quality on-going professional development.
