Tradewind Recruitment are currently supporting a multi-agency provision in Leicester. They are looking for a secondary science teacher to join their team from September!
The provision consists of a primary and secondary pupil referral unit, an outreach team, inclusion support team and other services.
It caters to students aged 5-16 years who are unable to attend mainstream school due to being permanently excluded, or facing physical or mental illness, or other circumstances.
It is a multi-agency provision that brings together support services from different fields who all work together to support vulnerable young people.

This role would suit a mainstream secondary science teacher who has a keen interest in transitioning over to working within PRU/SEMH provisions, or a secondary sciene teacher who is already experienced in SEN/SEMH/PRU settings.
About you...
- Have QTS
- Have experience as a secondary science teacher
- Ideally have experience in a PRU/SEMH/SEN environment
- Be calm and compassionate
- Be able to set firm boundaries
- Be trustworthy and reliable
- Genuinely want to make a different to the lives of vulnerable young people
