We work with a large number of client schools located throughout Leicestershire including in and around the Lutterworth and Hinckley area.

Due to the growing demand of our clients, we need to recruit a number of talented and reliable Teachers who are available for daily and longer term supply.

As a daily supply teacher you will be delivering pre-planned lessons, as such the role is all about excellent delivery to ensure that pupils are engaged and motivated.
Longer term assignments will require you to plan and mark work as well as attend departmental meetings and parents evenings etc. You will be paid to scale or as close to for these roles. Rest assured you will be treated like a permanent members of staff and also receive support and ongoing CPD from Tradewind and your consultant.


We work hard to secure our candidates pre-arranged assignments wherever possible, meaning that you would know where you are working a day or more ahead of the assignment date.

We will work around your schedule and preferences, so whether you are seeking a day's work here and there, or something more regular and consistent, we will do our very best to help you.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:

Be a qualified Teacher (either Primary or Secondary.)
Be flexible, enthusiastic and motivated to do well each day.
Be able to manage behaviour effectively to ensure best possible outcomes.
Be reliable and available for morning booking calls.

Tradewind offer excellent rates of pay, between £110-£150 per day depending on the assignment.
