SEMH Primary Teacher

Tradewind are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic teacher with excellent Behaviour Management skills to teach in a Primary School based in Wigan.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a real interest and passion in teaching children with SEMH you will be teaching subjects across the curriculum, the pupils vary in ability, so planning will be involved.

The school has 50 pupils on role with a great support system within your class. You will be teaching up to 8 pupils and have 2-3 Learning Support Assistants who are Team Teach trained at all times within class.

You will join a hardworking and dedicated team who are committed to developing the potential of all students, whatever their starting point.

We are looking for:
*Primary Teacher who can teach across EYFS - KS2
*A creative approach to teaching and learning who will engage through inspiring and clear teaching strategies.
*Plan work in accordance with departmental schemes of work and national curriculum programmes of study.
*Maintain good discipline by following the school's pupil disciplinary policies and procedures.
*Set appropriate and challenging work for all pupils.
*Complete pupil reports in line with school policy.
*Attend parents' evenings as required and keep parents informed about their child's performance and future targets.

The school has close links with the M6 motorway and links with public transport with bus stop 2 minutes' walk from the school.
