JN -032019-203029 Primary teaching assistant near Henbury

We are recruiting! We are looking for primary aged experienced Teaching assistants to work at an EBD setting near Henbury. We work with a school near Lawrence Weston (BS10) and they require a full-time support staff to work as teaching assistants and support primary aged students with SEMH. The role involves working full-time between 0830-1530 and support children with SEN inside and outside the classroom. This role is ongoing for the whole of the academic year 2019-2020.

There is a great deal of parking space near the school, but public transport to the area from the city centre is not plenty. The ideal candidate could be living near the area or has car or bike to travel to Lawrence Weston. Pay rate starts from 65 GBP per day and increases for a candidate who has team-teach training or extensive SEMH experience.

Essential requirements:

Working with children in Primary ages
SEMH experience ideally

Experience of working in a PRU for primary ages
