📌 Position: SEN Teaching Assistant 📆 Start Date: Immediate ⏰ Duration: Until July 2024 💰 Daily Pay Rate: £90.00

🔎 The Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping a Year 3 child with specific speech and language communication needs reach their full potential. Your duties will include:

✨ Providing 1:1 support to the student ✨ Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment ✨ Collaborating with the classroom teacher and SEN team ✨ Implementing tailored strategies and interventions ✨ Tracking and reporting the student's progress

💼 Qualifications and Experience: To excel in this role, you should have:

🌟 Experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant, particularly with Key Stage 2 students. 🌟 A compassionate and patient nature. 🌟 Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 🌟 The ability to adapt and remain calm in various situations. 🌟 Resilience in the face of challenges. 🌟 Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (desirable but not essential).
