Tradewind are working with a wonderful Secondary School in Sutton who seek an experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant to start in November 2023
The additional resources provision (ARP) in this Amazing Tuition Centre is specifically for pupils with SEMH and Behaviour disorders. The school aim is to help pupils overcome the obstacles associated with autism so that they can develop their social and communication skills and make academic progress.
The School are looking for proactive and experienced TA's who would be able to adapt to the diverse needs across the school. You will also be provided with ongoing training to help your professional development.
The School is easily accesible by public transport as well as offering parking options.
Tradewind also offer free membership to the National college where you will have access to 100+ SEN specific online training courses.
To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:
- Hold previous experience working within SEN
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
