Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a vibrant and self-motivated Year 1 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly two-form entry Primary School in Tower Hamlets. This Church of England Primary School is known for its supportive and friendly headteacher who has created a school environment which supports good behaviour; children who are motivated to learn and parent engagement. This great role is paying long-term rates of between £70 - £80 a day, depending on experience.

* Year 1 Teaching Assistant - Tower Hamlets - September 2020 - Primary School***
This two-form entry Primary School is looking to secure a Year 1 Teaching Assistant who has recent experience of supporting a teacher in Year 1 or Key Stage 1; someone who has confidence to take intervention groups and good written and spoken English.

As the successful Year 1 Teaching Assistant you will:
*General in class Year 1 support
*Providing targeted support outside of the classroom
*Work on differentiated activities with groups of children
*Working with teachers to monitor progress of pupil

Job Requirements
*Experience of working in Year 1 or KS1
*This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks

*You must have the legal right to work in the UK
