- Position: SEN Teaching Assistant for Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Salary: £85-95 per day
- Start Date: November 2023
- Hours: Full-time, term time only (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with EYFS students, providing essential support and guidance. You'll assist in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that caters to the individual needs of every child.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting classroom activities and assisting the class teacher
- Offering one-to-one support to children with SEN requirements
- Collaborating with the school's SENCo to implement tailored learning plans
- Encouraging and enabling social interaction and emotional development
- Promoting independence and self-confidence among students
