Tradewind are looking for teaching assistants in Lewisham for November 2020.

We have a fantastic opportunity to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in a wonderful SEN School. This is a role for those who genuinely have a passion for helping children particularly with learning difficulties as our appointed candidates will work on a 1:1 basis with pupils with SEN.

The main aim of this role is to support in class working alongside the teacher providing fun and engaging lessons.

* Providing support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities
* Assisting teachers with the maintenance of student records
* Building and maintaining successful relationships with students, whilst treating them with respect and consideration
* Work together with teachers and SLT to provide support to students and their families

The provision is set up in the grounds of a mainstream School is Lewisham with excellent transport links, the school has beautiful grounds and lots of outdoor space for the children.
