Suitable SEND Learning Support assistant candidates:
*SEN experience or Teaching Assistant Experience
* You can inspire and engage pupils with a variety of SEN needs
* Be able to work with teachers and other members of staff to provide a stimulating learning environment
* Organised, friendly, hard-working and resilient with a good sense of humour to engage and work with pupils who have an EHCP and SEN
