Tradewind Recruitment work on a first port of call basis with SEND Schools to support with their Teaching Assistant roles. The schools have approached us as they require an SEND Teaching assistants for daily and longer term bookings. These schools have worked with us for many years and Tradewind are actively involved in school events and supporting their recruitment.
Pay for these roles are between £65- £70 per day and up-to £50 per half day.
- Experience of Autism, Complex Needs or Medical Needs with children or young adults which is essential
- Manual Handling, Team Teach Training or Personal Care Training is desirable
- Experience of working in a Care or Education environment is essential
- A candidate who uses initiative and is willing to get involved as part of a team

A Teaching Assistant or Care qualification
