Tradewind are currently recruiting for an excellent Site Manager on a permanent basis, in the East Riding of Yorkshire.

We are aiding one of our partnership schools in looking for a Site/Premises manager on a permanent basis, starting September 2020. You will be working on a full time basis (37 hours per week), and will be paid £26,500 per year for this position.

You will be working in a truly exceptional school based in the East Riding of Yorkshire, who provided excellent pastoral care to their students. Being easily commutable from: Hull, Beverley, Scunthorpe and Doncaster, it is easy to reach and commute to, making it an ideal location. You will be joining a strong and friendly team, and will be in charge of some loyal and dedicated staff members.

As the site manager, ultimately you will be a person with significant site maintance experience, displaying a broad range of practical skills. It is essential for this position that you have experience of managing a small team, as you will be responsible for the staff rotas for Caretakers, and for the cleaning staff as well. You will be responsible for the management of the school premises, and will deal with any issues should they arise. You will also ensure that procedures and policies are adhered to, and legal and statutory health and safety requirements are met. Experience within a similar role is important for this role, and experience liaising with external contractors is also important. You will report directly to the head teacher, and will be a well respected member of staff. Please get in touch for a detailed list of duties and requirements.
