We are looking to recruit Sports Science students or graduates to join our Team of Supply Teaching Assistants who currently live in Fishponds. We are working closely with schools in Fishponds and surrounding areas and they are seeking Sports graduates/coaches to work as Teaching assistants in their schools.

This type of work will be a great opportunity for Sports graduates or Sports Coaches to use their academic knowledge on motivation and experience of working with young people in an Education setting and gain experience of working in schools. You will have the opportunity to work on a 1:1 or group setting with young people with Special Educational needs and support their learning and emotional well-being.
Must have:
-Sports Coach training or Degree in relation to Sports, Coaching, Sports Psychology or experience of working as a sports coach.
-Be willing to perform duties that are not related to Sports.

Highly Desirable:

-Understanding and experience of supporting/teaching young people.
-Coaching sports at after-school clubs

Placements in schools vary from daily supply, short and long-term cover and permanent positions according to your requirements and availability. Pay will depend on experience and the responsibilities of the role and is never less than £60 per day. You will be able to work with us along with your studies or sports coaching work at after school clubs.

-Working within school hours: 0830-1530
