Tradewind are currently recruiting for exceptional Secondary supply teachers to work across a variety of North East Lincolnshire Schools.

We required strong behaviour practitioners who can confidently support across a range of subjects, while ensuring that lessons are delivered and students are engaged and on task throughout the day.
Our schools are looking for qualified teachers who are confident across a range of subjects and can work with a range of ability levels within the secondary environment.

You may also be involved in planning, marking and assessing the lessons you are assigned to. As such, the pay will be varied across the main pay scale to reflect the level of work you undertake.

The daily role can include:
* Cover classes assigned within the bubble
* Planning, marking and assessing in lines with Schemes of work you are covering
* Developing curricular knowledge as required by the school
* Undertaking observations of the pupils and contribute to pupil records
* Administering (and marking) class tests
* Abiding by and work towards all the policies within the school e.g. behaviour management, Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities
* Carrying out the above duties in accordance with the Children's Services Department's Equal Opportunities Policy.

The Schools:
The catchment across the area is mixed with a range of backgrounds which feed into the schools. Because of this, candidates who are comfortable working with a range of behavioural needs would suit this post well.

Essential requirements:
QTS (or equivalent), legal right to work in the UK, a CV with a full 10 year work history and a fully enhanced DBS.
