Tradewind is currently recruiting for qualified teachers, instructors and cover supervisors to work in primary and secondary schools in Colchester and the surrounding areas on a day-to-day supply basis to cover planned and unplanned staff absences, often at short notice.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:

*Be flexible, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver lessons to a high standard.
*Be able to manage behaviour effectively in the classroom.
*Adhere to each schools' individual behaviour policies.
