Are you a reliable and committed Primary Teacher seeking a new opportunity in West Essex?

Tradewind Recruitment have been asked by a successful and positive Trust of schools to assist them in recruiting a confident and personable Primary Teacher to join their welcoming team after half term. This is a part-time position for 3 days a week, either on a permanent basis or offering a temporary to permanent agreement.

This charming Trust of schools works very collaboratively. Lead subject practitioners work across all school sites and each year group links up weekly to complete lesson plans and share best practice. They are also extremely proud of the regular CPD and training on offer to staff members.

You will find staff members to be highly motivated and truly inspired by the SLT. If you are looking for a sense of achievement and real progression, this could be the school for you!

The successful Primary Teacher will be:
Familiar and confident with the planning and delivery of lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum
A committed and reliable teacher dedicated to the role
Consistently motivated to deliver engaging lessons on a daily basis
An excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills and behaviour management
A positive and personable role model for their class

The school is located in Harlow on the Essex and Hertfordshire border. It is also easily commutable from parts of London. The school is keen to secure the right teacher as soon as possible and are currently open to interviews/tours.

To be considered for this exciting primary teaching post you will:
Need to hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
Cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
Have the legal right to work in the UK
