Are you an engaging Class Teacher looking for some additional work in Central Essex?

Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a proactive and ambitious teacher to provide intervention and booster group sessions within our schools. The successful teacher will be working with gifted and talented pupils as well as children who need additional focused support to raise their attainment. The role runs for the remainder of the academic year and the salary is a daily rate of £120 - £160 per day. This is likely to be an ongoing position until the end of the academic year and could continue into September 2019.

The successful primary teacher will provided with session plans for the groups though feedback on pupil's progress will be welcomed. If you are prepared to take on additional planning this will be reflected in your daily rate. Although initially a part time post, as I work with some major Trusts within the area, news of your impact may well spread and you could be asked to work across several schools.

The successful primary teacher will be:
Familiar and confident with supporting the delivery of tailored lesson in line with the KS1 and KS2 national curriculum
A committed and reliable teacher dedicated to the role
An excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills
A positive and personable role model for their groups with the ability to use their initiative and adapt when necessary

To be considered for this exciting primary teaching post you will:
Need to hold QTS or relevant teaching qualifications
Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
Cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
Have the legal right to work in the UK
