The role is due to start ASAP and will last until July 2020. It is likely this role will continue in September 2020. Working hours are 8:30am-4:00pm, term time only.

The successful applicant will be working in a Key Stage Two class providing guidance to pupils who require additional support to access to UK curriculum. Your responsibility will be to remove any barriers to learning and help raise attainment. You will be required to conduct group booster sessions and 1:1 learning sessions. You will work alongside the class teacher make learning fun, creative and engaging.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in primary schools or supporting pupils within the education sector. Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs is a requirement for this role.

The school are able to offer teacher training to staff who wish to progress in their career. Training is provided on a weekly basis to all staff.

Parking is available for all staff who wish to drive.

To be considered for this position the school are looking for a Teaching Assistant who has previous experience working in a school setting.
The position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas police Clearances and professional reference checks.
