Tradewind is exclusively supporting an outstanding 2 form entry school in the beautiful St. Albans with their rare recruitment needs. As a highly sought-after school in the area, the school rarely struggle to recruit however they have an exciting opportunity for an EYFS Teaching Assistant to support across their Nursery and Reception classes full-time from September 2020 to cover maternity through to March 2021.

Following an extensive building project, the school now has a beautiful state-of-the-art Foundation Stage unit, which combines nursery and reception. Key Stages 1 and 2 include twelve light and spacious classrooms with excellent facilities, space for learning outdoors and outstanding ICT resources. The classrooms are complemented by landscaped playgrounds at the heart of the school, which encourage social play and the opportunity to use a variety of different environments. In redesigning the school they have sought to value the natural environment and to include every possible opportunity to learn from the world outside.

The school is high achieving and continue to exceed expectations and smash targets across the board. They are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant with a solid EYFS background. The role will be 8.30am - 3.30PM Monday to Friday. To start this September, through until March 2021 covering maternity leave..

Salary on offer will be £14000 - £18,454pa pro rata.
