SEND KS2 Teaching Assistant required for a mainstream Primary School in Trafford.

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a Primary School in Trafford, for a Level 3 SEN Teaching assistant to start in September 2020. This role has the potential to become a permanent appointment.

This Primary School works hard to ensure all pupils are engaged with learning, challenged and enjoy their time at school. They focus on developing children's social skills, emotional resilience and academic capabilities. Their aim is to help children develop into happy, caring individuals and the encourage involvement from parents and carers in the life of the school.

The school is looking for:
* A Level 3 Teaching Assistant who has previous experience supporting students with SEND, particularly those with challenging behaviour.
* A passionate and hard-working Teaching Assistant who has experience taking groups of students for interventions and boosters.
* A committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.

They have also focused on ensuring the right provisions are in place in each classroom, ensuring TA support is standard and that any additional support is in place should the classroom warrant it.

The essentials:
To join us and be successful in this Teaching Assistant role you will need to:
* Hold a minimum Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification
* This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
* Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
* You must have the legal right to work in the UK
