Due to the increase in demand for short term Teaching Assistants, Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for friendly, fun and enthusiastic TA/LSA's who are seeking flexible supply work. Depending on the schools requirements you may be asked to support the entire class or on a 1:1 basis, if you have experience working with SEND pupils this would also be advantageous.

Assignments may range from Early Years to Key Stage 2, you will be notified in advance of the nature of the work and we can match your preferences as best as possible. Some bookings may be for the morning or afternoon only, as well as full days and longer blocks. Will we try to contact you in advance though other opportunities may come up at short notice, please be aware the more flexible you are (travel, year group, availability etc.) the more work we will be able to offer.

We are looking for someone who:
Has good behaviour management
Is flexible, enthusiastic and motivated to do well each day
Has the ability to use their initiative
Is reliable and will uphold Tradewind's high standards

The successful Teaching Assistant will:
Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
Cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
Have the legal right to work in the UK
