Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant who will based within a school in South Liverpool.
This school is situated in a leafy area of South Liverpool and educated children from EYFS up to KS5. All children have an Autism diagnosis. The school takes pride in having a huge focus on Autism Education research and development.

We are looking for a teaching assistant to work with KS3 and you will be supported by a team including a qualified teacher and two teaching assistants.

We are looking for:
*Experience working with young children
*Previous experience with challenging behaviours
*Calm but positive personality
*Level headed
*Skills to empower young people to make them believe they can achieve
*Excellent listening skills
*Maths and English GCSE as a minimum, TA qualification or hold a degree
*Previous experience around Autism is desirable
