Year 5 teacher

Are you a confident Key Stage 2 teacher available on a full time basis from September 2020?

Tradewind are working with a primary school in the south Sheffield area seeking a teacher for a Year 5 class on a full time basis from September for the full academic year.

This role is initially temporary with a chance of becoming a permanent role from September 2021.

Previous experience working in upper Key Stage 2 would be desirable for this role as would experience having had additional responsibilities such as subject lead previously. A proven record of facilitating progress for the most and least able would also be a great benefit to this role.

The school is a moderately sized two form entry school on the south east edge of Sheffield, you will be joining an established team of teachers who will aid with planning and resources and schemes of work are in place.

Applications from confident and accomplished NQT's are welcome and support can be provided by the school with NQT induction.

To join us and be successful in this Year 5 teacher role you will need to:
Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications.
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable and professional reference checks.
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history, where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained.
You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
