Tradewind Manchester is currently looking for an experienced Year 6 Teacher to join an Ofsted rated Good school in the South Manchester area, to start after February half term 2019. This is a full-time, long term role which will run until the end of the academic year, paying up to £140 per day.

*Hold QTS Status and have completed your NQT and RQT Year
*Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
*Have a proven track record in upper Key Stage 2
*Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
*Have the legal right to work in the UK

We are recruiting for a dynamic and forward-thinking Year 6 Teacher for a diverse inner-city school in south Manchester. This is a 2-form entry school with a clear vision and a reputation for outstanding behaviour. The school is an Ofsted rated 'Good' Primary School which holds high expectations from all its pupils

This school vision is to provide a safe and engaging learning environment for all its children which acts as a platform for their children to fulfil their potential. The education team are passionate about literature and also have a focus on the importance of the Arts within the curriculum.

The school is based in South Manchester, with excellent public transport links to the City Centre and ample parking available on site and in the surrounding area.

About the role:
As a Year 6 Teacher, you will be part of a team of 3 teachers across a 2-class year group. This role is a shared role where the planning, class teaching, and intervention sessions are shared between the team of 3 Teachers. This role will require excellent communication and teamworking skills as well as a deep understanding of the Year 6 curriculum
