🚀 Year 4 Intervention Teacher Needed - Whalley Range 📚

Are you a qualified primary teacher with a passion for helping children thrive in small-group settings? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Whalley Range is seeking a Year 4 Intervention Teacher to start in September 2025.

🏫 The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher with QTS who enjoys working with targeted groups to raise attainment and support individual learning needs.

🔹 You will:

  • Work with small groups of Year 4 pupils outside the main classroom

  • Deliver intervention sessions focused on English and Maths as directed by the Head of Year

  • Keep accurate records of pupil progress and outcomes

  • Provide regular feedback to the SENDCo and class teachers

The school is open to considering this as a part-time position, depending on the candidate's availability and experience.

💼 Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Recent experience working in KS2, preferably with Year 4

  • Strong understanding of delivering targeted interventions

  • Excellent communication and record-keeping skills

📅 Contract: Long-term, with potential for part-time flexibility
