SEN Teaching Assistant - Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire - £90 to £95 per day depending on experience.

Tradewind are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant for a great school in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire who are actively working with us to employ a SEN Team member to support within the classroom!
***SEN Teaching Assistant - Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
***Immediate Starts Available
***£90 -£95 per day based on level of experience
***Monday - Friday Term time only (full time or part time)
***One to one support and small group interventions
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide pupil support (1:1, small group interventions)
- Follow EHCPs and IEPs
- Track pupil progress
- Collaborate with teaching staff
- Promote positive and inclusive learning
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous experience working with SEN
- Passionate in supporting children and young people
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Be able to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a team and support others
