School Cleaner

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and are available for early morning and/or late afternoon/evening shifts. Your commitment will directly support the well-being and learning of our pupils.

The Role:

As a School Cleaner, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of all school areas, including classrooms, corridors, communal spaces, and washrooms.
• Performing duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, emptying bins, and sanitizing surfaces to a high standard.
• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
• Adhering to all school policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Working effectively as part of a team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.

About You:

• You are reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• You have an eye for detail and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
• You are available for a variety of shifts, including early mornings and late afternoons/evenings.
• Crucially, all candidates will be required to hold a Child Only Enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one.
