This is a pivotal role, central to the continued growth and development of our school. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective families, providing a warm welcome and guiding them through the admissions journey from initial enquiry to enrolment.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the Admissions Process: Manage the entire admissions pipeline, from initial enquiries, organising visits, to overseeing assessments, offers, and enrolment.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, lasting connections with prospective parents and pupils, ensuring they receive a positive and inclusive experience.
  • Event Management: Play a key role in the planning and execution of vital admissions events, such as Open Mornings, exhibition events, and Taster Days.
  • Data Management & Analysis: Maintain accurate records on our School Management Information System, track enquiries, and analyse admissions data to inform strategies.
  • Promote the School Ethos: Act as a prominent public representative, articulating the school's standing as a leading educational institution and embodying its values.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our Promotions Team and other colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a whole-school approach to recruitment.

Who We're Looking For:

We need someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, who can maintain a high level of efficiency under pressure. You'll be calm, confident, and professional with a variety of audiences, and have a proactive approach to your work.

  • A strong understanding of sales principles and an appreciation for marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills to handle statistical data.
  • Highly organised, flexible, and reliable with excellent time management.
  • Proficiency in IT, especially Excel; experience with a School Information System is desirable.
  • A problem-solver and a flexible team player with discretion and tact.
  • A firm believer in the ethos of an independent school education.

Why Join Our Team?

This is a crucial and rewarding post where your impact will directly contribute to the school's success. You'll gain a thorough understanding of the academic and pastoral experiences we offer, and be part of a supportive environment that values growth and development. Expect some evening and weekend work for events.
