What is a Cover Supervisor?
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be stepping into the classroom when teachers are absent. No lesson planning or marking-just delivering pre-prepared materials and keeping students on track in a positive, focused learning environment.
We'd love to hear from you if you:
Have experience working with young people in any setting (education, coaching, mentoring, youth work, etc.)
Can manage behaviour confidently and fairly
Communicate clearly and effectively
Are flexible, dependable, and enthusiastic about learning
