What You'll Get:
Starting salary between £28,000 and £30,000
OTE of £33,000-£38,000 in your first year

About the Role
As part of the Impact Academy, you'll learn everything you need to become a successful Recruitment Consultant. From finding and interviewing education professionals to building candidate profiles and working closely with the sales team, you'll play a key role in helping schools find the right talent.
What Happens After Year One?
You'll progress to a sales role with your own client base, backed by expert training in business development, negotiation, time management, and more. We don't throw you in the deep end - we build your skills step by step with full support.
