What You'll Be Doing
Supporting teachers in Bedford's primary or secondary schools
Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who have additional needs such as autism, ADHD or social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges
Helping students stay focused, feel safe, and build their independence
Creating a calm, encouraging environment that supports learning and trust
Learning what inclusive education looks like - and how to do it well
Who You Are
A graduate who wants their work to have real impact
Patient, flexible, and naturally good with people
Experience with young people (in any setting) is a bonus - but not essential
Curious, compassionate, and ready to learn
No teaching qualifications needed - just dedication and the right attitude
