Teaching Assistant - 1:1 Support (Early Years) - Primary School in Oldham

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in Oldham, working 1:1 with a child in Early Years. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a child's educational journey while being part of a supportive and welcoming school environment.

The Role:

Providing 1:1 support for a child in Early Years

Supporting their learning and development in a nurturing environment

Collaborating with teachers and SEN staff to provide tailored support

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children with complex SEND needs

A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills
