We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants for Key Stages 3 to 5 across a variety of secondary schools in the London Borough of Hounslow. As a Secondary Teaching Assistant in Hounslow, your role will include:

  • Supporting the classroom teacher by working with individuals or small groups of students to reinforce learning and keep them engaged.
  • Helping manage behaviour, encouraging participation, and supporting a positive classroom environment.
  • Providing one-to-one or focused support to students with additional needs (e.g. SEN, EAL, or those needing extra help).
  • Assisting in lesson preparation, organising learning resources, supporting classroom displays, and tracking student progress.

To be successful in a Teaching Assistant role with us, you will need:

  • A high level degree (in any subject)
  • An Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Checks (if applicable), and professional references
  • A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history (where possible)
