Teaching Assistants

We work with fantastic local schools in the borough of Ealing and are continuously recruiting for Key Stage 3 to 5 Teaching Assistants for full-time or part-time roles, with both short term and long term positions available to suit your preferences. The role typically involves supporting classroom teachers, working one-to-one or in small groups with students, assisting with lesson delivery, and helping to manage behaviour and engagement across a range of subjects.

As a Teaching Assistant on supply, you will;

  • Assist the teacher with lesson delivery by working with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning, clarify concepts, and ensure students stay on task.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour, encourage participation, and support students in maintaining focus and motivation throughout lessons.
  • Offer one-to-one or targeted support for students with additional learning needs (e.g. SEN, EAL, or those falling behind), helping them access the curriculum and reach their potential.
  • Support the teacher by preparing learning materials, organising resources, recording progress, and helping with displays and general classroom upkeep.

  • High level degree (any subject)
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
  • Legal right to work in the UK
