Your Role as a Secondary Teaching Assistant Will Involve:

  • Supporting teachers by working with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning and engagement.
  • Promoting positive behaviour and helping to create a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
  • Offering targeted support to students with additional needs, including SEN, EAL, or those requiring extra help.
  • Assisting with lesson preparation, managing learning materials, supporting displays, and tracking student progress.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in any subject (minimum requirement).
  • An Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Check (if applicable), and valid professional references.
  • A CV covering your last 10 years of employment or education (where applicable).
  • The legal right to work in the UK.
