Are you a compassionate and resilient individual looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people? We are looking for Education Support Assistants with Team Teach training to join our dynamic and supportive school community.

About the Role

You will work closely with children and young people with additional needs, supporting their educational, social, and emotional development. This role involves:

  • Providing tailored support in and out of the classroom

  • Implementing behaviour support strategies, including the use of Team Teach techniques where appropriate

  • Building positive relationships with pupils to help them succeed

  • Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents

Essential Requirements

  • Current Team Teach certification

  • Experience supporting children with behavioural, emotional, or social difficulties

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to behaviour management
