Tradewind Recruitment is supporting a well-regarded secondary school in Broxtowe in their search for a dedicated and creative Drama Teacher to join the team from September 2025. This long-term role is offered for the full academic year, with the possibility of a permanent position based on performance.

The school holds a GOOD Ofsted rating and is part of an Outstanding multi-academy trust that prioritises collaboration, inclusion, and staff development. You'll be joining a vibrant Expressive Arts department committed to delivering engaging, high-quality performing arts education.

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualified Drama teacher with QTS (or an equivalent teaching qualification).

  • Experience teaching Drama at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential).

  • A passion for performing arts and inspiring creativity in young people.

  • Ability to create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment.

  • Strong classroom presence, excellent planning skills, and a commitment to pupil progress.
