Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established secondary school in Broxtowe to recruit an inspiring and dedicated English Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time, long-term position for the academic year, with the potential for the right candidate to secure a permanent contract.
The school is rated GOOD by Ofsted and is part of a wider Outstanding Trust known for its supportive leadership, excellent CPD opportunities, and strong community values. You'll be joining a vibrant English department that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for literature and language.
Key Information:
Teaching English across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS5 available for experienced candidates).

What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Experience teaching English in UK secondary schools.
Passion for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that support student achievement.
Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to differentiate effectively.
A commitment to student progress, safeguarding, and high standards.
