Maths Graduate Teaching Opportunity | Corby
Full-Time Role | September 2025 Start | Ideal for Aspiring Teachers

Are you a recent Maths graduate looking to take your first steps into education? Tradewind Recruitment is working with a number of secondary schools in Corby offering fantastic opportunities for Maths graduates to gain classroom experience and begin their teaching journey from September 2025.

This is the perfect role for someone considering a career in teaching, with opportunities to support pupils, gain confidence in the classroom, and prepare for a future PGCE or teacher training programme.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting Maths teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities at KS3 and KS4

  • Leading small group and one-to-one intervention sessions to boost student progress

  • Helping students develop their confidence and understanding in key mathematical concepts

  • Assisting with planning, marking, and classroom organisation

  • Taking part in wider school life, including maths clubs or enrichment sessions

Who we're looking for:

  • A recent Maths graduate (or closely related degree) with a 2:2 or above

  • A clear communicator with a patient and approachable manner

  • Someone with a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact

  • Aspiring teachers keen to gain experience before applying for teacher training

  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting student learning
