Are you an English Teacher with a passion for inclusive education? Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting qualified English Teachers to work in Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across South East London, including areas such as Lewisham, Greenwich, Southwark, and Bromley.
Our partner schools are creative, welcoming, and supportive environments that value innovative teaching and a commitment to student progress. Whether you're looking for short-term cover, long-term placements, or flexible part-time work, we have opportunities to suit you - from 1 to 5 days per week.
✏️ The Role:
Subject: English
Settings: SEN Schools (including SEMH, ASD, and PMLD provisions)
Location: South East London boroughs
Contract Type: Flexible supply - short-term and long-term
Start Date: Immediate and ongoing
Pay: Competitive daily rates, based on experience
🎯 We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching English (KS3/KS4) - SEN experience is a bonus, but not essential
A creative and adaptive approach to teaching
A genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
A current enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
