We are currently recruiting Learning Mentors to work in dynamic and diverse secondary schools across East London, starting in September 2025 for the new academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity for dedicated individuals looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people.

🌟 The Role:

  • Support students with their academic, emotional, and behavioural development.

  • Provide one-to-one mentoring and small group interventions.

  • Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to implement personalised learning strategies.

  • Help students build confidence, resilience, and positive attitudes towards learning.

✅ About You:

  • A genuine passion for working with young people.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with students.

  • Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.

  • Ideal for graduates considering a career in teaching or youth work.
