SEND Teaching Assistant - Primary & Secondary Schools in West London
Full-Time | Term-Time Only | £95 per day
Start Date: September 2025 - July 2026

SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting for committed, experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to work in specialist primary and secondary SEND schools across West London, including the boroughs of Ealing, Hounslow, Harrow, and Hillingdon.

These are full-time roles starting in September 2025 and continuing through the end of the academic year in July 2026 at least.

About the Schools:
You will be joining nurturing, well-resourced special needs schools that support children and young people aged 4-18 with a range of complex learning and developmental needs, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

  • Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)

  • Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)

  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges

Support is provided 1:1 or in small groups, in calm, structured environments with excellent staff training and team collaboration.

Key Details:

  • Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:45pm

  • Term-time only (Sept 2025 - July 2026)

  • Daily rate: £95 - 110 per day(depending on experience) paid weekly

  • Opportunities in both primary and secondary special needs schools

  • Long-term assignments with potential to go permanent

We're looking for individuals who:

  • Have experience supporting pupils with SEND or a strong passion for inclusive education

  • Are confident building rapport with pupils and managing behaviour calmly and effectively

  • Work well with teaching teams and external specialists

  • Are reliable, enthusiastic, and proactive in the classroom
